Booking & Getting Started
You can book directly through Mindbody online at any time. You can also text us at 813-843-2374 and we'll help you get scheduled.
We'll start with a brief intake consultation to understand what you're working through — your goals, any areas of concern, health history, and what you want to get out of the session. From there, we build your session around what you actually need. Plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Most clients undress to their comfort level and are draped throughout the session. You'll always be professionally covered — only the area being worked on is exposed. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable getting to and from the studio.
5–10 minutes early for your first visit is ideal. It gives us time to complete your intake form and start your session on time.
Services & Sessions
Don't overthink it — just book. We always start with a consultation, and your session gets customized from there. If you're unsure, a 60 or 90-minute session gives us the most flexibility to address what you need.
Yes, and it's actually the norm here. A session might blend deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping, and stretching — whatever best serves your goals that day. You don't need to pick one thing.
Rituals and Indulgences are two different things. Rituals are complimentary enhancements your therapist selects as part of your session — things like cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, Gua Sha, and hot towels. They're already built into the experience at no extra cost. Indulgences are à la carte add-ons you can request — Hand Scrub, Foot Scrub, and Back Scrub — available for an additional charge. Members receive 10% off all Indulgences.
Yes — our prenatal massage is specifically adapted for pregnancy and is safe after the first trimester. Please let us know you're expecting when you book so we can prepare accordingly.
In most cases, yes — we'll ask about any health conditions in your intake form and adjust the session appropriately. If you have specific concerns, feel free to text or email us before booking and we can discuss what's right for you.
Memberships & Packages
A membership is a recurring monthly program — your rate is locked in for life and your sessions carry continuity month over month. A series package is a pre-purchased set of sessions you use at your own pace within a validity window. Memberships are better for consistency; packages are better for flexibility.
Absolutely. There's no pressure to join — book a single session first and see how it feels. Many clients start with the Essential tier after a session or two once they experience the difference.
All membership tiers include a 12-month session rollover. Unused sessions stay in your account for up to 12 months — so life getting in the way doesn't mean losing what you've paid for.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no penalties. We don't currently offer a formal pause option, but reach out and we'll figure something out together.
All series packages — Restore, Rhythm, and Foundation — are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable after the first session is redeemed.
Pricing & Payment
Single sessions are $120 for 60 minutes, $165 for 90 minutes, and $220 for 120 minutes. Series packages and memberships offer better value for clients committed to consistent care.
We do not currently accept insurance. All sessions are paid out-of-pocket. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds — check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Mindbody. Cash is also welcome at the studio.
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased for single sessions, series packages, or a custom dollar amount. Text or email us to get one set up.
The Studio
We're in St. Petersburg, Florida. The exact address is provided after booking confirmation.
Yes — there's street parking out front as well as a parking lot in the back of the building. The Sensoric Center has a covered entrance at both the front and back, so you're covered either way. Just head to whichever entrance is most convenient for you.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Life happens — just let us know as early as possible.
